Mmmm, I love deserts, they're the perfect ending to any meal.
You'll find some delicious sweet treats here, and new ones are regularly added. The recipes have all been triple tested by our resident chef, using Free Range Eggs by Ellah 700g. This ensures you'll get perfect results everytime!

200grms dark belgium chocolate, roughly chopped
30g unsalted butter
3 free range eggs, separated
300ml thickened cream, whipped
Melt chocolate and butter in a large glass heatproof bowl over large saucepan of simmering water (do not allow water to touch base of bowl) or in the microwave. Remove from heat. Stir in egg yolks and cool.
Beat the egg whites in a small bowl with a whisk or electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Fold cream into chocolate mixture then fold in egg whites in two batches.
Pour the mixture into small glasses or small bowls and refridgerate. It will take about 3 hours to set.
Serve with either double cream and chocolate curls or even berry compote. Chocolate Mousse is so versatille so it can go with anything really.
